Experts say school-age children should participate in a minimum of 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity daily.

It doesn't matter if you are active 15 minutes at a time or more than an hour. You can count your P.E. Class, recess, sport practice, or just fun and games. Make sure you get at least 60 minutes of activity each day to maintain your good health.
